Reiki

Reiki, pronounced "ray-kee," is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Force Energy."  An ancient healing art, Reiki is a laying on of hands which can relieve pain, reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and promote healing, while bringing balance to the physical, mental, and emotional bodies.  As a complementary therapy, Reiki enhances medical treatment and psychotherapy.  However, Reiki is in no way a substitute for medical treatment.
